PSYCHOTHERAPY:

You may be seeking therapy for a number of different reasons or with one particular concern in mind. In order to assist you most effectively, the first few sessions will be focused on understanding your concerns in context. We will identify your goal of attending therapy and situations that are likely to trigger or leave you feeling stuck and unable to break free of limiting beliefs and negative coping strategies. A new language is reset and practices for a new thinking that supports implementation of actions that make the difference; breaking free and interrupting old coping patterns which were based on fear – anything is possible and waiting to be achieved.

The Safe and Confidential Space: All sessions are facilitated with confidentiality and respect, without judgement.
